I am a postdoctoral researcher currently focusing on coral transcriptional responses to environmental changes.
My academic background combines invertebrate zoology and bioinformatics, and I enjoy integrating classical zoological methods (histology, microscopy) with molecular techniques and computational approaches.
I like being involved in all aspects of the research process, from sample collection to data analysis.
I earned my BSc in Biology (2015-2019) from St. Petersburg University, Russia, where I studied invertebrate zoology.
I then completed an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Informatics (2019-2021) at ITMO University, Russia, specializing in bioinformatics and systems biology.
My PhD in Parasitology (2021-2024), also from St. Petersburg University, centered on the morphology and transcriptomics of orthonectids, parasitic marine invertebrates.
